Welcome to RozgaarLo. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the RozgaarLo website and mobile application. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use RozgaarLo.
RozgaarLo is a platform that connects customers with local service providers for household and professional services. RozgaarLo acts only as a facilitator and does not directly provide services.
You must be 18 years or older to use RozgaarLo.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Service requests are placed through the app or website.
Availability of service providers depends on location and demand.
RozgaarLo does not guarantee acceptance or completion of every booking.
RozgaarLo currently supports:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Online Payment
Payment terms:
Prices shown may include service charges but exclude material or replacement costs unless clearly stated.
RozgaarLo is not responsible for extra charges agreed directly between customer and service provider outside the platform.
For project-based or contractual services, RozgaarLo may require a pre-booking fee to confirm the service.
This pre-booking fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
The pre-booking fee is charged to:
Secure the service provider’s availability
Prevent fake or last-minute cancellations
Cover initial planning, scheduling, and coordination costs
The remaining service amount (if any) will be paid as per the agreed terms shown at the time of booking.
By confirming a project service booking, the user explicitly agrees to the non-refundable nature of the pre-booking fee.
Service providers listed on RozgaarLo are independent professionals, not employees of RozgaarLo.
RozgaarLo verifies providers to the best of its ability but does not guarantee service quality, outcome, or behavior.
Any dispute regarding service quality should be reported through the platform support.
You agree not to:
Misuse the platform
Provide false or misleading information
Harass, threaten, or abuse service providers or staff
Attempt to bypass the platform for future bookings
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
RozgaarLo shall not be liable for:
Service delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction
Loss, damage, or injury during service execution
Disputes between users and service providers
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on RozgaarLo are the property of RozgaarLo. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
RozgaarLo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent or harmful activity is detected
Required by law or regulation
RozgaarLo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
